Ramada Plaza Grand Rapids

The hotel is nice but I got in late & had to leave early! Looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel needs some major TLC. They have re-done the lobby for it to appear nice but it is so run down. The bathroom in my hotel room had a lot of issues. The shower curtain and sink were broken. The shower head was disgusting (looked like it had never been cleaned). The shower didn't drain, etc. I was grossed out. The Internet connection was more than poor. I could not keep a connection on their free wifi. Also, breakfast is not included. It is an additional $7.95 per adult per day. That is very steep in my book for what they offer to eat. I hope to not stay here ever again.

Was there for my Family Reunion and it was a horrible experience. No hot water in my hotel room and when I told the lady at the front desk she asked me if I had to take a bath tonight... what??? of course!!!

Had two rooms and both had an odd smell. Also, bathrooms were not very clean. Finally, wristband access to the pool and age access to the hot tub were not enforced.
