Great location.

Please replace the shower heads. They are nearly rusted, and the gentle setting is still too harsh. The force of the water stings. Great Christmas decorations, though.

Enjoyed baseball game

Was disappointed in the coffee service. No Starbucks available or specialty coffee. Had to walk 2 blocks away to get coffee.

Toilet made a loud noise after being flushed. However the room was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Building and location is great, staff friendly, but bad management. The bar refused to serve two of our group of ten because they had vertical driver's licenses from Virginia. The manager said that's the hotel's policy. That's ridiculous. It's a valid ID from a state you can literally see from the hotel. And, one-ply toilet paper in the rooms? Cmon Marriott. This is a luxury resort, spring for the two-ply.

This hotel was RIDICULOUS. Floors & rooms took miles to walk to They locked me out of my room 2 minutes after check in

Way finding was absolutely terrible. Although this is a beautiful hotel im and a busy time of the year they were extremely under staffed. We waited 16 minutes on hold for room service and then another 1.5 hours for them to deliver.

Nice place. Getting out of the parking garage was a nightmare, though.
