The staff was very rude and also the food was horrible and cold.

They did a poor job of controlling people when the weather was bad for the concert. Random people came and sat in our VIP Seats so we left

This is the worst venue. Stood in a crowd for about an hour waiting to get inside. There are not nearly enough restrooms and the ones there are are dirty. Food and drink prices are extremely high even for a concert venue. Would recommend that others steer clear of this place if possible.

Staff was rude its seemed to be the "theme" of the evening. Bathrooms were disgusting, we were told we COULD bring chairs that were 9 in or less off the ground, we did, but they made us check them in because " they didn't have a ruler to measure" so we were forced to buy a blanket, which only accepted cash, so we got an ATM fee on top of the $15 blanket we had to buy plus $2 to check our chairs. Poor service, a and will not attend a show here ever again!!

My husband and I went to see ed sheeran. It was a great show, but upon leaving in such a huge crowd, the line for shirts was huge. We went to the next shirt stand and it was a little better, so we thought to try the next stand. We unknowingly passed through the gate. The staff treated us like children and were very rude not allowing us both in to buy our shirts. We are a forty something middle class couple and were told we might be lying and just want in to sneak around. I will never go back. That's my only concert that I didn't get to buy a shirt.

I was so very disappointed after taking my 12 year old to Fall Out Boy. I can't believe that you would allow such explicit artists to open for an act that has a huge following of preteens. And then to allow the artists to smoke weed on stage and promote it through the entire venue. And allow children attending the concert to freely do the same. Hello! Last I heard that was illegal in our state. And then to top it off, my blanket was confiscated and checked ... You don't allow blankets but you do weed. Very disappointing!!!!
