The security people were very rude. We were minding our own business and twice were approached and treated like children and talked down to. I understand it gets old working with intoxicated people. But we were grown adults and were not drinking and were treated very disrespectfully. I would not call anyone friendly.

Arriving and traffic to park was beyond an absolute nightmare. Very very frustrating. However, the show and experience once inside was totally awesome. Loved seeing the foo fighters there. We did leave early however to avoid the terrible parking traffic.

the hot dog at $6 was a little high. beer prices were about 50% higher than venues in Michigan (dte). beautiful facility which led to an amazing foo fighters concert

I have been to Klipsch for hundreds of shows. It's always a fantastic venue for live music. The bathrooms had incredibly long lines the entire show. Normally this isn't an issue. Water is a bit pricey at $4.50 a bottle. That's more than the value beer! Sound quality for Foo Fighters was a bit off but everything else was fantastic! We got out of the parking lot pretty quick.

We parked in the gravel lot and there were broken bottles all over which was concerning for anyone who might be wearing sandels. It could be cleaned up. The restrooms are always dark, dingey and dirty. Biggest concern was the amount of marijuana being smoked in the lawn. Seemed to be no security or excise walking around. Some of us don't like that stuff.

We attend two to three concerts at Klipsch each year. It is the only outdoor venue close to our home, so we don't have a lot of options there. It is a nice facility, and they have improved their parking lot exit procedures for after concerts....but it still takes forever to get out of the facility.
