Train was broken, no tigers. Staff was incredibly caring and nice!

Seem like a lot of the animals were not available to be seen. One of the elephants seemed to be very skinny. There is only one polar bear. There is only one hippopotamus. Really didn't see very many zoo staff except for at the shows. I enjoyed the Penguins and the penguin feeding. Price is too high for a bottle of water.

We rented a wagon and the wheels were bad shaking but it was due to the grounds unevenness. I feel that the wagons could improve since you are paying $9 to rent them. The buckle couldn't tighten on one side either so my one year old was limited to only one side. Some of the exhibits were being worked on.
