It was thanksgiving so I understood why the concession stands weren't open but I wish they would have posted it on the webcite do we were prepared for that. Otherwise, my daughter and I always enjoy the Denver zoo and today was no exception.

No parking

We went for the denver zoo lights. Parking was awful. No direction what so ever. People left to figure it out on their own. Very disorganized once we got into the zoo. It was hard to figure out where we could and couldn't go. The lights we did get to see were beautiful

Bad service and waited in a line for over 1 hour with people who did and didn't purchase tickets, it was a mess and no care for us costumers
