Dave & Buster's

It was a great first experience, though I feel I am a bit too old for it, I enjoyed it nonetheless with friends. So kudos to them.

Fun time

We generally love dave & busters. We love the games as well as the food. Everything was great up until it was time for us to be seated. Our server looked at us several times and never greeted us. It took us having to flag down another server for our actual one to greet us. The dining area that we were in wasnt busy at all, yet it took our server forever to bring us our drinks (my boyfriend had an alcoholic drink which i understand may have taken a little while due to the high volume of customers at the bar area, but i had a pink lemonade which took forever to get, along with my boyfriend's water-which he never got). It just felt ad though our server would rather have been anywhere else but serving us. I used to be a server so I know good customer service when I see it, and my boyfriend is an event coordinator who spends his time making sure that guests have a perfect experience so he also knows good customer service, and we just didnt get that this time :(

Good fun but most the machines were out of order.

Some machines were down. Bathrooms were sticky. Floor was dirty.

Food was good. Seating could be better.
