nacho appetizer was awesome but entrees such as grilled chicken penne were disappointing and very expensive. games and upscale club-like environment is fun and adds to the whole experience

The bathroom was ABSOLUTELY horrendous!!! There was a women inside but she was sitting down on a bench the whole time w/ paper towels in her hand. She didn't once give a towel to anyone & she wasn't even sitting next to the sinks. She also wasn't cleaning the bathrooms either! I used the bathroom maybe 5 times & the same stalls where messed up the same exact way every time. It was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! The prices for drinks are also very expensive for a little amount of alcohol. Which will make me want to drink somewhere else if I come back. The prices for the games where expensive too, I wanted to play more & stay longer but it was too expensive. Bottom line bathroom where VERY BAD & prices need to be lower or the product sizes need to be increased.

As usual, when I come to this place, there was some foreign object in my drink. I have had several such experiences here and do not choose to patronize the establishment at all. I always end up going because someone else really wants to go and I keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt. It is extremely frustrating to consistently be disappointed with such a popular restaurant.
