The guy at the bar was hella rude and the food was over priced and wasn't even that great

waiter kept getting order wrong or forgetting food. After we finished dinner we went to the bar area and waited 20 min to get the table cleaned. servers seemed not to care that we have been waiting.

food was not the best server didnt seem to care!

We went in to celebrate my Aunt's birthday, bad service we were a party of 15 and half the party got there food on time and the other half didn't. Which then delay the whole party from the eating of the cake to opening gifts etc.

Lots of games broken down or no tickets in it. Hard to track down employee to fix it. Impossible actually.

Tenders were room temperature when they arrived at the table and the server didn't come back until we were almost done, so we couldn't even tell her at that point.

Horrible quality, food was cold and bland. They took over 5 minutes to take our order, then another 5 for our drinks. Waitress was not rude but obviously didn't care. Restaurant sanitation was poor and restrooms were really dirty

bathrooms were disgusting. my chicken pasta was dry and bland. my server took 30 min to get my check. I gave this place a chance after a few years and it let me down again.

Service was terrible, food was cold
