Great front desk. They really know how to talk and treat customers

The room had very low water pressure and the door handle locked up so I couldn't get in from the outside. They fixed that quickly. The next day on Christmas the power went out in our room only and called down to the front desk. She said she was sending a maintence man but 45 minutes later had to go in the office to remind her the power was still off. She forgot about us so then she called maintence.
