Drinks overpriced. Game selection isn't as good as I remember

Couldn't locate the restroom. I was given a wait time that was incorrect by a half an hour. Told an hour turned into one and a half hours and still wasn't sat. Ladies were rude about it. Tried to feed my kids close to the bar was told I couldn't because of age however there were other kids eating in that area not exactly fair guess it comes to a color game. So We left. And took our business else where. Which is too bad it was our first time and we're excited to try it.

The food was awful and way overpriced. Everything was cold when it came out to the table

The food was terrible. The games were mostly broken. The staff was not around. Paid a lot of money for nothing

I ordered the garden burger with sweet potato fries. Both items were served cold. The garden burger was tasteless. They would be better off serving Morningstar burgers. Needless to say the manager said I didn't have to pay for my food given my dissatisfaction. I will not be eating here again.

Wow. Where do I start? The parking lot was full of broken glass. I'm assuming beer bottles? So on the way in I was almost positive I had destroyed a tire or 4, which set my mood for the night. We went in because I didn't want to disappoint the kids. We got $40 of game play which didn't go very far. No promotions? No deals? I was shocked. So we were through those in no time and then a grumpy employee was working the gift shop. The selection was poor and we had a decent amount of tickets. I ended up having to take him elsewhere after to get something because the worker was so rude he wouldn't help us. What a sh*t show. I told the kids we would go back, but I really don't know.

awful location!!! Drinks were terrible and half the games didn't give out tickets. What a waste of a lot of $ at this location. Not to mention the facility was disgustingly dirty. Such a same cause the location is huge and could be a very nice place to enjoy a fun time out but definitely not tonight!
