Found some massive spiders and other bugs in our room. Lots of hairs too. Not clean at all

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Ashley at the front desk. The pool was nice and warm, and the food at breakfast was good. I stayed in a handicap accessible room and was disgusted by the amount of mildew in the tiled shower. Otherwise, the hotel seemed clean. The lobby was very welcoming
