I came I to renew my loan and Sheryl helped me to make sure I was paying the correct amount and even told me that I can pay down on my loan. She was very helpful and fully explained all of the information I needed to know. I will definitely continue going to this location. Most friendly in town.

The girls at cash America on new providence are so sweet. They always greet me with a smile and go above and beyond to answer my questions or get me the most money when I need to pawn something.

Friendly service and a neat and clean store. Not at all what i pictured a pawn shop would look like . Everything is neat and organized. The services they provide are awesome for the community and surrounding areas. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

I have never been at a pawn shop even your other locations where they make you feel welcome everyone was smiling they all say hello and are very knowledgeable of the items they are selling ! I feel like they treat me like family not like "just a customer" like some of your other locations especially riverside drive (retail prices and attitudes) WHAT A MARVELOUS BUNCH OF GALS!

I was very pleased with the overall service and professionalism from the staff in its entirety. I never would of imagine that my experiences with Cash America would reflect as rewarding ones, especially in regards to the amounts I received for the merchandise I choose to pawn. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door with a cheery hello. Was immediately helped with fast service and explained all the numbers and dates needed to respond by. I can never get enough to pick my item up and must return month so as to not lose it. each visit is very nice and polite. I tell my friends how great The store and employees are and they tell their friends...

This Cash America is by far the best in Clarksville, TN. The manager Amy and assistant manager Tanya are the best ever. They know me by name and are ALWAYS willing to go out of their way yo help me if I need a loan. If I purchase something they ALWAYS give me a fair deal. The rest of the staff are just as friendly and always smiling. I will not go to another Cash America or pawn store other than this one.

I went to get a loan on my jewlery those ladies were awesome! I had previously been at another location on riverside and they were just ugly ugly people. I loved coming into a welcoming very energetic place , actually had a darn good laugh:) needless to say caelissa got me my electric bill and a few dollars in my tank,couldn't be more pleased. AWESOME PEOPLE! I will definitely be returning to this store
