Friendly staff.

I enjoy every time I go to chase field.

It was fun but the seats were uncomfortable.

Ok however parking was difficult to find and way way too expensive

The food is ridiculously expensive. $10 for a hot dog? I have never and will never but any food from Chase Field - way too expensive. And neither will the people I go to games with

Terrible concession experience. I had tickets in the home plate box and they have a server to buy food in the seats. Our server was terrible. She was not accommodating nor did she follow the guidelines of the ball park. She was constantly standing in front of people and while the game was in play. She made it so many of the viewers around her couldn't see or sit in their seats because she was occupying them. Her name is Teena. We then went to the concession stands on the main level and they were all out of hot dogs and bratwurst! It wasn't even halfway through the game. It had barely begun the 8th inning. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

It was good. The seats were a little cramped and it was too warm with the ac on.

Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The roof was closed and it was still way to hot for this pregnant woman to be comfortable so we left early. :(
