There was a older white woman working the elevator on the second floor of the diamond level that was extremely rude and made the entire experience awful. Please go over with your older staff of how not to be so openly prejudice.

Snack bars took way to long, more quicker service needs to take place, not enough hot dog vendors walking around the stadium

The lady at the concession stand for hot dogs was adorable!!! The beer was okay but the cotton candy tasted funky.

We purchased Value pack tickets in the bleachers, sec 105, in a group for Mother's Day. It was a beautiful day and the roof was open, we had no idea that down in the seats was a different story. The game started out great but then as the sun moved, and we were in direct sun, we started to sweat and heat up. My elderly dad started to burn and we were able to move him to shade in the handicap section, my husband and son sat elsewhere. We were crammed in with other handicapped seaters who also had to move out of the sun, they moved in to sit in folding chairs. We advised the cust Svcs person at top of our section and he just blew us and several ppl off saying Dodger Stadium has no roof, and that it was a nice day, yeah, in the shade! Within an hour our section and the sections on either side were practically empty and we requested the roof be closed and were told it would not be. Well our Mothers Day mother/daughter group was then split bc my friend n her mom n 4 dtrs tried to do the right thing and requested a move, instead of just locating to empty seats. She was charged extra. The cust Svcs was awful at this game, we were treated like we were whining instead of voicing legitimate reasons to close the roof and/or relocate. It was 90 and breezy but in the sun it was over 100 and completely uncomfortable, sweaty, and unpleasant, especially with 5 kids in tow. I'm so disappointed in Chase Field. I've been coming to the park for years, but this experience has me rethinking buying any tickets there again. Thanks for the Mothers Day memories, we definitely won't forget that day :(
