Upon check in, the staff refused to honor the room price change as it was now being advertised for less than when booked. Absolutely refused. We ate in the on site restaurant and the wait after our order was placed took almost a hour. The restaurant was not crowded. The food was bland and the service was very slow. There were also bugs crawling on the curtains in the dining room.
