We visited the lobby to see the gingerbread houses. Your valet were top notch. Your greeter sweet. Your concierge extremely helpful and personable. I'm impressed with your staff.

The Sheraton Seattle was so festive and lovely! We enjoyed the gingerbread houses displayed downstairs! The staff were amazing! The food was delicious as well :) Overall a wonderful experience!

On this visit the person who checked me in asked me what building I would like to stay in. I didn't care but asked for a view. He took his time and found the best view for my price. I wound up on the 29th floor with exactly the kind of view I was hoping for. It was perfect. A big thank you. I also love having the convenience store in the lobby. The only way it could be better for me is to have the pool open past 11.
