Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel

I enjoy visiting hotels that have unions. I would not step foot at the Hyatt. I held my business meeting inside the restaurant where I was greeted nicely and was given friendly service. I would definitely consider having another meeting there

I would love to stay for a staycation

The surrounding Phoenix area had a lot to do but was a bit more run down than I expected.

The hotel was amazing. All of the employees seemed passionate about their work and happy to help guests.

Went to a friends get together at the Jazz lounge on Saturday. Good musicians, atmosphere, and kind staff.

Attractive lobby. All windows badly needed cleaning. Items in Sheraton Club were a bit limited and skewed towards junk food, but the espresso was quite decent. Friendly people overall. Small and somewhat dated rooms with things like a bedside alarm clock and no USB power ports anywhere in room. Horribly low-end toxic bath products.
