This has been our go-to hotel when in Palm Beach for business. We've always been satisfied before but this time noticed the room was not was clean as usual. Television screen was filthy. There was a stain on the couch. Bed skirt looked like it was wadded up in the corner prior to being put on the bed and actually hung down on the floor. Dish towel was taken after the first night and never replaced. One of the associates was very friendly. We will look elsewhere next time.

This has been our go-to place for business trips for a couple years now. We book early for the best deal. It's pretty clean and the desk clerks are always friendly.
