Need a lobby that people can still come in to 24 hours a day, especially when it's 20 degrees outside.

it was dirty with roaches. the breakfast was absolutely pathetic. the people at the desk were rude. our phone was broken. the microwave didn't work. and when we asked for extra towels they said they didn't have any. the hotel should have been free to stay in
