Always a nice hotel overall!!????

The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the staff was kind but the room I was in needed some updates. Also, for it to be considered a luxurious place to stay there didn't seem to be much luxury included in your stay without spending quite a bit extra. The room was already a somewhat high price and to not have anything included was a little displeasing to me. However the convenience to the Epicentre and other points of interest was wonderful.
