The desk where you get players cards were unorganized & the employees were rude. After three employees were rude a employee named Ms.Betsy was very polite & helped me & my father. I ordered a drink at the machine I was playing & the waitress asked to view my ID before she gave me my drink. As any casino I've been to, they card you before you are allowed on the floor. With that being said I feel that she should not have done that due to the fact that I was already on a machine which means I was already allowed on the floor.

Way too cold and im hot natured (reason we left after an hour); game play was extremely depressing
