The room was very run down and not kept up. Dogs were howling all morning in the room next to us. Wouldn't stay there again.

Older and run down. That's acceptable. What isn't, is the terrible wifi that you can't stay connected to, or outlets without cover plates, toilets that are too small, burnt out light bulbs and terrible tv service. It's one of the cheapest in the area for a reason.
