Jeanne is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She is incredibly talented and kind, and always has good professional knowledge of massage techniques given any specific area of pain or tension, such as chronic neck pain, plantar fasciitis, acute low back pain, etc. I continue to come to Hand and Stone primarily because of Jeanne. The front desk staff is also always kind, and the ambiance is good. Facilities are clean. Thank you all around, and please especially thank Jeanne for her excellent work every day.

My massage therapist is very knowledgeable about how to help my injuries and tight muscles. She takes time to find out what I need and applies that to the session.

The (Jennie) was very good with my message. This is the 2 time being there at this location. Easy to get to. Love the look there. The chair's in the waiting room are so close to the floor that people like me have a hard time getting up out of them. I have bad knee. I will be back though!

I love how easy it is to work with staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . The atmosphere is relaxing and the heated tables are awesome.

I struggle with anxiety and wasn't sure about getting a facial massage, which was a Mother's Day Gift. Jennifer was amazing! She explained everything before starting and tweak my facial to my preferences - I bought a membership before I left, that is how much I loved it!!

The overall experience was great, but appointments generally seem to be scarce. The receptionist mentioned that you all recently hired new massage therapists, so hopefully that will change.
