I struggle with anxiety and wasn't sure about getting a facial massage, which was a Mother's Day Gift. Jennifer was amazing! She explained everything before starting and tweak my facial to my preferences - I bought a membership before I left, that is how much I loved it!!

The overall experience was great, but appointments generally seem to be scarce. The receptionist mentioned that you all recently hired new massage therapists, so hopefully that will change.

It was very easy to make my appointment online. The salon and staff were great. Most importantly, Jessica was excellent-patient, knowledgeable & very friendly!

Eventhough my appointment did not start on time, the therapist was extremely apologetic and extended herself and the service to make up for the delay. I entered the room annoyed but left more than satisfied. Deborah is excellent and I look forward to seeing her again.

the masseuse, Deborah, is extremely knowledgeable about the body and knows how to alleviate discomfort and pain. But she also is highly skilled in enhancing how one uses their body especially if you are training for an athletic event. I will always wait for an appointment time for Deborah. Hand and Stone is extremely lucky to have her on your staff. She is an awesome asset.
