Receptionists were very knowledgeable in person and over the phone, thanks to them I had a better understanding on what services I was looking for while still making the most of my membership. I had a great experience with a highly recommended esthatician who made my first experience comfortable and relaxing.

My massage therapist, Sonja, was amazing.

I'd like to see the price decrease on the products being purchased there. Or have a variety of price ranges for the different products. It's not easy to pay for the service, offer a tip, and try to purchase a recommended product or two. There should be base line products, mid-range, and high-end to fit various budgets.

Destiny was fantastic, her attention to detail and adapting the massage to my needs was so refreshing.. She was thoughtful of my pain and very communicative regarding level of pressure and timing of massaging different areas. I will recommend her for others and return as request her as well
