Great muscle relaxation. Good temperature in the massage room. Good conversation whenever we talked. Receptive to when I didn't want to talk and just focus on the massage.

Receptionist seemed hot and cold. Really helpful with advice to buy gift cards, but then cycled between pleasant and cool depending on our answers. Ex we weren't ready to book another appt yet and her demeanor changed, so that was odd. Actual massage and therapist was great. Listened to what I had to say and I was able to relax and enjoy massage.

The massage therapist was very friendly and personable. Additionally the pressure applied during my massage was perfect.

The customer service was excellent. Everyone's attitudes were positive and uplifting. Both masseuses my husband and I had were very friendly and knowledgeable. My husband's masseuse was extremely knowledgeable on how to alleviate his pain due to rods, plates and screws he has in his back. He was extremely pleased with his massage and felt a wonderful difference afterwards.

My massage therapist, Brooke, is excellent. Each time she listens to my concerns for each massage visit. When the massage is over I feel so much better. She’s always on time and applies the right pressure needed each visit. I request and get my appointment at it’s her each time unless she is off when I want an appointment made.

The ambience and the friendliness of the people working there was great. I felt completely relaxed when my facial was complete. I was totally satisfied with my facual.
