Loved the woman who gave me the facial. My son bought this for me online - and he added the gratuity. He was not informed that I couldn’t use the money on the gift card fir tip.

The concerns I had with my face were addressed. The treatments that were suggested have been showing positive results. I feel that the staff there truly care and don’t try to recommend products I don’t need.

My original appointment was cancelled the day before my service which has happened to me before. The manager Nicole booked another appointment for me on a date convenient for me. The new therapist was very good and knowledgeable and I will return for messages from Stacy in the future.
