my massage therapist was great at working out all my knots and tension. She also asked if i wanted her to stay focused on my back, my problem area, or continue to the full body. I appreciated this cause i never have therapist ask this and i always have to ask them to just work on my problem areas the most. her pressure was also great and i felt so much better afterwards!
