Hand and Stone

I loved my massage, it was very relaxing. The only complaint was hearing the message therapist a few doors down talk the entire time to whoever she was massaging. Wishing I could tune her out.

It’s very easy to get in and out. The staff is nice, however the turn over of girls seems high. My skin looks great!

My original appt was cancelled and I was given a male therapist that I never had before. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, knowledge and skills. I had a spinal fusion from L3-S1 and I still have pain in and above this region. Gerald listened to my request to work on this problem area and my neck and left shoulder. He massaged these areas with just the right amount of pressure that I was not sore. I have already scheduled my next session with him again. I highly recommend Gerald.

From beginning to end the experience was wonderful. This was my first ever massage ans I was slightly nervous about procedure but it was explained to me very well. I was comfortable and over all happy with my massage.

The receptionists are very customer service friendly. My massage therapist always takes me back to the room on time, listens to my concerns, and always applies the right pressure during my massage appointment. The check out process is very easy and making a new appointment is easy too. The service at this location is highly satisfying from start to finish.

I love everything about Hand & Stone --- the customer service, the well-designed waiting area with waterfall, drinks, mints, the smell of the products, etc. The esthetician Vee is simply amazing --- on my first visit last year she was able to take care of long-term skin issues after just one visit. She is the most caring, passionate and knowledgeable esthetician that I've visited in my 30 years of getting skin treatments. This was my first time at Hand and Stone. The receptionists were very nice and helpful, and were able to answer all of my questions. My massage therapist, Lee, was AMAZING. She was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. And the massage was excellent!

I have regular messages not only to relax but in managing my chronic pain. I absolutely LOVE my massage therapist, Jeanne. She remembers my issues and never let's me down.

Gave me what I needed for aches in shoulders. Normally it is completely relaxing. Value for the money.
