I Have never had a facial before and I was a little bit nervous at first because I did not know what to expect. Venneshia was absolutely fabulous. I felt relaxed and comfortable. afterwards, she explained to me the products I would need to help maintain my skin. i will go back n four weeks to see how the products are doing for my skin and we will adjust if needed.

The professional ability and knowledge of my therapist was amazing. She walked me through each step.

Therapists were excellent. Ambience of spa is lovely.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was warm, friendly, and comfortable. Covid measures are taken seriously. Zach is AMAZING and a wonderful human being who made the absolute best suggestions for my massage and products. My massage therapist Janet was fantastic. The two wonderful ladies at the front desk were friendly and easy to talk to. 

The reception was friendly and welcoming. Everyone that I encountered, engaged in friendly conversation and made me feel special. My massage therapist was Jeanne and she was phenomenal. She should insure her hands.

Esthetician took the full time to address my skin problem areas. Vee made sure i was relaxed throughout the appointment and not rushed.i always forget i had an appointment during the day because of how relaxing it is until i touch my new soft face!

The Hand & Stone at Newark was fantastic. The receptionist, Lynn I believe, was friendly and helped me book another appointment. Jean, the massage therapist was absolutely wonderful! It was completely relaxing, which is exactly what was needed.
