Friendly and professional staff members. The facility is always clean. My massage therapist was pleasant and professional.

I followed my esthetician from her previous location. I really enjoy my facials and the results are great. Julia is very knowledgeable and professional.

Have gone several times for massages at various places and it was the first time there were several levels of pressure. First time there was an alert button.

Great massage! Therapist was friendly great conversation. Booking online was an issue, had To call to book. I wanted the hot stone massage which did not appear online at suburban plaza. Call the location and was told that they do offer this service. I did tell the receptionist that was what I wanted but my appointment was not booked that way. Would’ve been my first time getting the hot stone massage so I wasn’t sure how it would be done. Towards the end of my massage I mentioned that was what I booked. That’s when the therapist checked and told me it was not booked for the hot stone.

Julia was very professional. She understood my skin care needs. She offered valuable skincare advice.

Marie was amazing during my massage, made sure I was comfortable and good throughout the time I was there.

Having only Julia perform my facials, I feel confident because she knows my problem areas. The ease of making appointments In Newark is wonderful compared to Middletown. There were times I couldn’t make an appointment for over a month to six weeks.
