Vee was fantastic!!! As a first time full wax receiver she went step by step in explaining what she was doing and why. She took her time and was very professional. Unlike me, I was professionally unprofessional 😂.

The facility is clean and inviting. It is a soothing atmosphere. The receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. We communicated before and during the session. I have certain areas that require attention and when the session was finished the one area felt better. It was not 100%, but definitely better than when we started the session. As I was leaving a staff member introduced the lifestyle program and discussed the benefits of being a member. Although she was trying to sell me the program she was not over bearing or forceful. I did end of signing up for the program. In my opinion the prices are good for the services provided.

AMAZING experience! Upon arrival, the reception stood and greeted me by name and offered me a glass of water, as well as the restroom. I was taken back promptly. The esthetician did an outstanding job, my skin looks phenomenal even days later.. her knowledge was great. Not to mention my shoulders and neck feel so much better after she massaged them during the facial. The spa was a very clean, comfortable, and enjoyable environment to be in. I highly recommend Hand and Stone and cannot wait until my next facial! Luckily, they have a lifestyle program that allows me to save so much money each appointment! 10/10!

The staff were very polite answered all my questions it was my first time and the massage was amazing I didn’t wanna leave felt great pain free and just felt like a new person thank you I will be back

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. My massage therapist Brooke was very good at doing therapeutic massage for my particular issue and worked very hard to alleviate my knots and muscle tightness. Manager was pleasant and informative without being pushy. Overall a wonderful experience!

The only complaint was that the sound of fan/air circulation was louder than the music. Perhaps the circulation has been turned up since COVID, but the music plays an essential part in the experience for me and when I can only hear what sounds like an industrial fan, I don't enjoy the experience as much.

I absolutely think that Vee is amazing and the only thing that I think that should be considered is adding more services like hydrofacials.

Brooke was very courteous & asked me what I preferred. Her hands felt amazing & I will ask for her upon my next visit.

The therapist listened to my concerns and concentrated on my problem areas. It was also easy to book my appointment.

DEBRA WAS AMAZING! She was informative, experienced, welcoming. This was my first massage and I can't say enough how wonderful it was. She concentrated on the areas I mentioned and WOW. I fell like a new person. Going again. This is now part of my self care program. It's a must!!!!!
