The spa is new and very clean. The esthetician Lindsey was friendly and was able to balance discussion of skincare while also giving me quiet time to relax. She made good suggestions on upgrades and homecare. I enjoyed the facial.

Emily was pleasant upon arrival. Asked great questions to give me a wonderful experience. It was the BEST FACIAL i have had at Hand and Stone or any other establishment i have visited.

Lindsay was so kind and gave great advice. It was suited to my skin but also what I could reasonably do (not a whole new routine with a ton of products).

I had originally booked an appointment at a different place. I had to wait 3 weeks then they canceled. I was nervous to try Hand and Stone as it’s a chain an I’d heard some many negative things about other chains. I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was friendly and professional. I was concerned that I would be pressured to buy different things. There was none of that. At the end they mentioned a membership that I feel is a great deal and I signed up. I told everyone the next day what an amazing experience it was!

Everything was excellent. The Therapist was highly skilled and knowledgeable. I walked in pain and left relieved.

The ambience was relaxing. The rest room was clean. My masseuse was knowledgeable and knew just where to spend extra time. She also asked questions for clarification.
