Sarah was great and very knowledgeable She also used a light touch which I requested and let checking to make sure it wasn’t too much pressure. She also gave me some tips on stretching and exercises to help with my back pain.

Friendly Staff, skin felt so much better after facial! Softer & smoother less bumps. Recommend Vitamin C on skin, got some. Is working better on bumps on my skin.

Christian was AMAZING. I really needed a massage, I was so tense from family illness. He was quiet, considerate and professional. He has wonderful, skillful hands and made my muscle aches disappear. When I return to MA from CA, I will definitely seek out Hand & Stone and Christian. I want to give my family gift certificates.

Because the Natick location closed I transferred to Hudson because my current therapist relocated there. She is very experienced and gives a thorough and relaxing massage. Also the receptionists who work in Hudson are extremely pleasant and professional.

I do like the therapist and if she left I would follow her. However I do also like the membership and how if I do not use one months session it can be used in the future. However, I do not like that I can not see my unused sessions on the website. Also I have never had an employee talk to me about the rewards program. I came upon it while on the website.
