Jesse is fantastic! If she ever left, I'd follow her! There was a new person at the front desk (from Natick?), that I wasn't too keen on. The folks that are usually there, from there are TOP NOTCH and great, this new crew was, not all that great. Very impersonal. Love the new massage therapist and of course Christian. Do not love they don't have the wrap around towels to wear during the facial.

Alicia was so good. The bed was warm. She didn't stop early.

aesthetician was very knowledgeable about my skin and the right products for it. My skin felt and looked great afterwards.

My therapist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have only had a few massages in the past, so not a lot to compare to. My 2 0r 3 visits to a Hand and Stone facility have been very nice so I have returned.

The curtesy of the staff was very good. Rosie is very well versed in her massage management and techniques. I was able to book my next visit with ease!

Everyone at this location is very professional and extremely friendly. My therapist is very knowledgeable and has relieved my pain each time I have visited, something that six months of physical therapy failed to do.

Very pleasant experience but i would think the loyaty program would give a person a small discount for joining.

I have been working with Christian and he is amazing. Able to really target my problem areas on my back and neck, stress and pain relieving every time.

Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. She focuses on problem areas and makes sure you're comfortable from the temperature of the bed to your body positioning.

The appt was on time. The masseuse communicated well. I felt great after.
