The massage therapist (Lisa) knowledge of the human body was impressive. I learned how to perform simple stretches for my back, and to rotate with cold and heat. It took about 10 mins after the massage, and I was so relaxed! I like that when your become a member the price does not go up, access to deals, and that can leave any time as long as you give a 30 day notice.

Hand and Stone met all my expectations and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience.

I had a great experience, just felt like it was a bit pricey. I went in for an $80 massage and ended up paying $500 from upselling. I did opt to buy and upgrade my massage and although I didn't feel overly pushed, there was an upsell element.

I love the environment of Hand and Stone as soon as you walk in the door. The water feature on the wall gives you a sense of serenity that reminds you that you are here to relax and enjoy your experience. To me, Hand and Stone means facial care with Jessy. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and just a really nice and kind person. I truly put myself in her hands to determine the treatments that will be most beneficial to me.
