This was my second massage at Hand and Stone. Going forward I would probably book a deep tissue massage as the Swedish was very light pressure. The knots I have in my shoulders were barely touched.

I was able to book a same day appointment. I explained the massage was for overall relaxation, and Luisa, the massage therapist, spent time on my whole body. I had asked her in the session to focus a little extra on my neck and shoulders, and she did. I felt very relaxed overall, when she finished, with less tension in my neck and shoulders.
