very welcoming on arrival. I had been late for my first appointment and with the receptionist and I neigogiated a satisfactory way to catch me up. Very easily worked out, a flexible solution. Staff was understanding of my situation on the day I was late, my first visit.

My concerns were addressed and Jesse made recommendations. My skin looks better after my treatment. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Lisa is a talented therapist. She listened to my needs. She used great pressure and helped me feel relaxed. She was not too chatty which helps with relaxing.

This was my very first massage, ever. To be honest I had always thought of massages as something only wealthy people did, but my husband insisted because my back has gotten so crunchy lately. Liz did a great job relieving a lot of the stress in my neck and back, and even made my shoulder (which is always stiff from an old sports injury) feel markedly better. Absolutely a must for anyone suffering from severe stress - I work a desk job and my whole body is slowly turning into a boulder from it. Liz was a lifesaver and I will absolutely be back!

I really appreciate that Liz washes her hands at the beginning of every massage session. I have experienced other massage therapists at this location and neither of them did this. Thanks Liz!
