I tried a new therapist based on time availability. Lisa was able to well accommodate my choices for speed and depth of strokes. She was responsive to all of my feedback and requests. I booked another appointment with her.

I loved the staff and Joselin the masseuse. I wish there were pump hand sanitizers at reception and I hated using the iPad that everyone else and all the customers used. There wasn't a quiet area or transition room to get in the relaxing mood. Joslin made me feel very comfortable and safe. She was super friendly.

I really like being able to book my appointment myself. The booking site is very easy to use. I also appreciated being able to fill out the required forms online before my appointment. The facility was very clean, which means a lot to me. My therapist was friendly but professional.

I like going and having the membership!

This was my first massage. Since I'm retired, I don't normally feel any stress. I would consider more body massages to loosen my muscles and joints.

Jocelyn was terrific. She really listened and focused on the areas I mentioned. She gave great advice, too.

Checking in was very warm and welcoming. Liz had excellent input on the kind of tension and pain I was having in my neck and shoulders. The massage itself alleviated all the pain, more than expected
