I've never had a facial. Kayla was very experienced and took the time to explain everything being done, and what should be done. Very understanding of my health issues and was very gentle with me!

I was extremely satisfied because during my massage I was able to relax. I was extremely satisfied with the ambiance of the place. I was extremely satisfied with my therapist.

The overall experience was great. The facility is new, clean and well organized. The staff are professional, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Alicia listens to what I need and tries to provide the best service she can.

Everyone super nice. Products for sale were items that I would use. Would like to see a mirror in the therapy rooms to make sure I look ok when leaving, though bathrooms were close by. Therapist was awesome though I would’ve preferred a little more pressure, but didn’t say anything bc I decided I really didn’t mind the relaxation. Very skilled :) very happy with everything. So happy that I signed up for membership.

I enjoyed myself. The process was smooth, from walking in the door to walking out again. The music was at a pleasant volume and not intrusive. Ernesto had a wonderful knack for applying exactly the right amount of pressure.

The pain relief I experienced lasted more than 48 hours after the massage.

Alicia is an amazing therapist. Whether you are there for help with an injury or just to relax, she listens to you and delivers an amazing experience. She is one of the main reasons why I have kept my membership.
