The esthetician was very knowledgeable. She educated me on my skin’s condition and on ways I can improve my overall experience. This was the best self care service I have ever had.

The qualified and cleanliness of massage room. The massage therapist was nice and focused on the areas that needed to be focused on at this time she was understanding and asked if I was comfortable since I had only had surgery 5 weeks ago

I had such a great experience last night for my first facial with hand and stone because all of the employees were extremely helpful and caring. My skin turned out flawlessly today and my esthetician did such a great job at giving me the best service possible for my skin. I am really looking forward to my next appointment.

I feel the price is going up, yet the quality of services is staying the same. The reception/waiting area is not relaxing. I miss my place I used to go for my massages. I had one specific person I went to there, she knew me perfectly and here I go to different people all the time

Price of membership continues to increase. Facials always come with add on; really do I leave with the facial the membership comes with. Facial appointments can be hard to come by as I prefer to work with two of the esthetician’s over the others.

The primary reason is because two of us bought each other 1st time-one hour massages as gifts. Each of us first-time users. Why were we charged $135 and not $99 for each as introductory offer? This was never explained to either of us.

I had received a gift card for this service, it covered a 1 hour classic facial which I'm not sure what it actually is because of the "suggested add-ons" right after my session began. Of course I felt obligated to purchase the additional services, but if I hadn't I think the facial would have lasted only about 30 minutes. Even with the additional services, I was in and out in 45 minutes and paying an additional $80 for the add-ons. I was also taken back when I checked out with my gift card and was told that a $30 gratuity was included on the gift card. I don't think it's your decision on what I should/should not tip. The technician was wonderful, the receptionist...not so much.

It was overall a good experience. Clean, friendly, calm. Very relaxing. I would’ve liked a bit more tension release. But overall it was good.

The massage therapist did a good job, but didn’t seem very experienced. It was satisfied but not highly satisfied.
