Hand and Stone

I was highly satisfied - I thought I wrote that. The only thing I didn't love was filling out the forms when I arrived - would have been nice to do that before I got there, via an online form. Not sure how much anyone looked at the form info anyway.

I’ve had 3 different message therapist. Nancy and Hedley were awesome. Maria needs some work. She might be new not sure.

Everything about the appointment was very good I just wouldn’t say it was excellent which is what I associate with highly satisfied. The staff was really nice, knowledgeable and professional. I guess o would also say that it was busy that day and it didn’t feel as personal as I would have liked.

When I checked out I was not provided a receipt thru text or email of my charges/payment. After returning home, I received a call that they forgot to include the product I was recommended, was on the counter and took home. I was never provided a cost, just the question on if they could charge my card. Still never received a receipt about the additional charge. This was the second time that it has happened.

The receptionist charged my credit card, and I was going to pay in cash. The issue got resolved. However, she tried to say it was my fault when she said, do you want it on the card? I thought you meant the gift card that I was given.

Not enough time spent on problem area. Therapist did not ask about pressure and I was too uncomfortable to ask for more pressure

Professional, timely and relaxing.

I have had many massages, I felt like this masseuse was very nice and professional but seemed very new and not confident. There were a lot of breaks where she would do things with the hot stones and I would wait. She finally got to my painful area at the end and did not work on knots like other massages I have had.

Great massage, I felt like it was cut too short and unfortunately was more of a 48min massage.

I used points for my first time facial. While I enjoyed the session, the focus of my visit was on upselling me additional services. I would have preferred knowing about them prior to the appointment. Overall it was a good visit with very good customer service.
