saw improvement after the facial nut the next morning nothing was improved-a bit disappointing

The use of almost all my points was not express clearly. I thought it would be an extra 2000 pts for oxygen facial. I don’t feel pressured to upgrade for my massages, only facials.

I used to have a different therapist. I'm sure you can check. He was EXCELLENT. He applied the right pressure and concentrated where I asked him to. I feel the therapist I have now is set up to do fill body which is not what I want. I have asked for high pressure to specific areas. It has not happened yet. Maybe time to change.

The only issue I had was when I booked the appointment and gave them the gift card # they told me it would cover the cost of a one hour massage yet when I checked in they told me it would be ten dollars more. I didn’t want to make an issue so I let it go buy it was bothersome after the fact when I told the person who purchased the gift card for me

If you could get grape seed oil to keep for those with allergies that would preferable. I don’t think I can come back without knowing that’s an option. The therapist used coconut oil which was ok, but greasy and I didn’t like the lingering smell. Thanks!

Not any of us are perfect

The massage great and felt very comfortable. However, i noticed shortly after the massage and in the days after that i have developed spots all over my body. I’m not sure if it’s the oil or if the sheets were not clean but something made my skin react unfortunately

Hello!  It was my first time at Hand and Stone in Hudson MA yesterday and I had Lisa for my massage. I got the 60 min intro massage and added on deep tissue and eucalyptus oil. I’ve had many massages before. Her technique/pressure was great and her use of hot towels exceptional. My only issue was that she picked me up a couple min late bec she was turning over her room. I figured she would compensate on the other end by extending the massage a couple min. I changed and was still on the table waiting at 2:36pm. When she was done, the clock read 3:20pm.  I mentioned this to the wonderful woman at the front desk and she immediately took off an add-on that I had purchased. She had great customer service and helped me purchase the monthly membership.  I mentioned the situation to my aunt who used to have a membership in Hudson and she mentioned that she also had Lisa many times and felt she also got shorted a little bit of time from the 50 min massage.  I only mention this because now that I have the membership I’m sure I will have Lisa again and it would be great if this was something I didn’t personally have to address with her or even worry about being an issue. I’d love to have her again but won’t if I need to proactively advocate for the full value of the massage I’m paying for. Confrontation causes stress and anxiety which is the opposite of why I’m trying this membership out.  Thank you! 

I’m not sure why i was charged an up charge for my deep tissue massage additional $10.00. Found that out when I checked out. I booked my appointment on line and there was no mention of it nor was it in my confirmation email. I booked an hour massage but it was only actually 50 minutes? After my appointment i got the break down of the charges. For that reason i was disappointed but the therapist was excellent
