I love the spa and receptionist are always very friendly. It was a little hard to communicate with jasmine but she was very accommodating and tried her best to meet my needs

I'd like an explanation of why all of a sudden a deep message is $10 more? I've been coming since this location opened and never paid extra. ???

Not highly satisfied with my massage

Front desk staff could have been more welcoming/friendly. Upon check out I was charged incorrectly but that issue is resolved.

Variability among therapists is very high. And turnover is too high to get a consistent massage from any one therapist. Pay them more? Not sure.

I enjoyed my treatment very much! It was relaxing and I felt comfortable there. Lindsey was my esthetician and she was great! The receptionist was kind and friendly.

The massage therapist was pleasant and interesting to talk to. She gave helpful suggestions on how to help with my dry skin and explained the emollience creams' properties. All the staff were professional, and the customer service was better than most places these days. My overall experience was top notch. Thank you for caring about my experience. Paul

Jocelyn was amazing

It was very expensive (with the added service. My 2:00 appointment began at 2:12 and I was finished by 3:00. I just felt it was very expensive for the amount of money that I paid. i'll stick to massages only from now on.
