I was satisfied … but my original therapist Sammi is no longer there. He knew exactly what my neck needed and correct pressure. The new therapist was good but because I prefer a male therapist it took a few weeks to get in.

Tried to cancel membership in person multiple times, keep being told to call after a certain date. Never remember and then get charged again. Talked into the freezing option. Opted for aromatherapy and at checkout was told I would have to use a whole service or pay 10. I would’ve upgraded differently. Was told on the phone I could do an upgrade at time of service, then in the room the therapist told me I would have to go back up front to see what I could do.

With every facial I was encouraged to add on services and I gave in each time.

I booked the wrong massage type, realizing now the deep tissue was not available at that time. She still provided an excellent massage but just did not work on glutes when I believe that is a main part of my hip/hip flexor/ glute pain. Focused more on back which was definitely needed, I was just hoping to focus more on area of discomfort.

The online forms we have to fill out require me to say that I am experiencing a low risk pregnancy. As someone who medically can't have kids, this is VERY upsetting. The receptionist told me it was corporate and blew me off about it.

It seamed rushed. Not much time spent in any area. Too short. Should be a full 60 minutes. Too much time moving sheets.
