I am still looking for the best therapist that fits my needs and I still have not found it.

Didn’t like the recommendation of additional services and products

I thought everyone was very kind. I did express that I have a lot of neck tightness and shoulder knots. I felt like not enough time spent on that area/area wasn't hit.

Signing forms at the reception before my appointment takes too long. I also do not need as much time getting undressed as they give me--I'd rather have more time to work on my massage.

The appointment started 20 minutes late, and cost much more than I anticipated… Not sure what is included with the basic 7999 facial but ultimately spent $249

At my facial she kept trying to sell my add ons even though I said it was out of my budget and that I just wanted a base service. I kept being pushed so I gave in and spent more than I wanted to, and couldn't relax the entire time because I was stressed about the money.

Everything was fine. I have no complaints. High satisfied means perfection which is not easily attainable.

Excellent customer service. Esthetician was able to personalize treatment for my skin type and I was very pleased with the results.

Everything was fine. Not great. The massage was awkward with a lot of finger tips. Not focus on anything. Felt like my spine was being massaged not my muscles.
