Hand and Stone

The only problem that I continue to have is booking our next appointment for the next month. Even a month out it’s hard to get two massages at the same time for my husband and I. I am not sure if there’s not enough massage therapists or if it’s just hard to find two at the same time. We look forward to doing it every month but the frustration of finding two appointments at the same time can be very tricky. We found it hard to use the computer or mobile app to book an appointment for two people at the same time. So we always have to call or do it on our way out. The problem with doing it on the way out is we’re always holding somebody up who is checking in. It’s a work in progress.

I did not like the upsell, being on the table already I felt it was just easier to say yes and then I ended up spending two credits and $100 more (including tip) when I wasn’t planning on that. Also the peel I was given ended up giving me a burn mark on my nose and cheek.

I am very satisfied based on my experience with my current massage therapist. If I see another therapist due to scheduling my experience isn't as great. Overall still highly satisfied.

I did not like the upsell that took place during my facial appointment. I did not like having to change in and out of my clothes for the two treatments I scheduled. I did not think the receptionist was very welcoming nor did she explain the process-

The experience was as I expected. The staff and therapist were professional, respectful, and the facility was immaculate.

I must have clicked the wrong button because I am highly satisfied with all the services provided. If I could, I would come back More often.

The only thing that could be improved was the music in the room was a bit too loud.

Hard to get appointments sometimes, I have a hard time logging in online.

I have been to many places for massages, so nothing stood out as extraordinary. The place is professional, clean and has trained staff and I enjoyed my experience, but to be Highly Satisfied I'd look for elements that full spas would have or extra touches to make one feel even more pampered.

Still have issue with a 50 minute hour. Therapist was hard too hear. He spoke really softly
