The table are small for tall larger people.

My massage was for 1 hour with a hands add on fir 15 min and the massage was less than an hour.

Was disappointed that even a regular towel and quick wipe down of the massage oil was not automatically provided. I asked for a towel and the masseuse gladly provided one, but I shouldn't have had to ask. I recognize that you offer hot, scented towel service as a (overpriced) cost plus add on, but a minimal level of "toweling off" ought be part of the base package -- simple warm, damp washcloths are quite common at other massage services.

I think the therapist talked too much

Yesterday July 3 2021 was my second visit to Hand and Stone!! I was not satisfied with the Massach because the lady who did for me did not use enough techniques compared to the first she was very professional but yesterday even after I mentioned the areas I was in pain because of the nature of my work I was disappointed!! I have two more paid visits hoping it will be better!! Thank you!!

I was hoping my therapist would share more information on what I could do to prevent tension with my muscles. I was hoping they would share areas where they thought I should focus on for stretching or that seemed tight.

I was satisfied with my visit. I do not have any complaints.

Asked for medium pressure and got hard pressure on my back. Back was sore the next day

I got. $40 service and was not able to use my membership money saved in account because I would lose money. I was not able to save the unused money for the service

There was a strong push for membership which I do not trust completely having had a bad experience with this type of system in the past. Massage with the facial was just OK. My skin did feel much better after facial.
