The sales pressure to buy products after the facial. It is a bit strong.

It need it a relax room after the massage. I had to sit in my car for a while to really enjoy the experience. They just walk you out with a tiny water bottle.

Your spa frequently offers specials via email or social media but no one ever knows what they are or follows through with the offers. For instance a birthday special for members and member month specials going on in April. I feel like my appointments are always rushed. I wanted more explanation of what was happening in my facial as it was my first time using products. The esthetician thought I should have a chemical peel which I agreed to. I don’t know if it’s normal but I do have some spots on my face that are dry and scabbed over almost like a slight burn. There is too much staff turnover at this location. I wished I could have booked with the girl I saw before but you only offered one esthetician at the time.

I did not need three emails and three text messages for confirmation that is highly annoying

It was a good massage. Would have liked a little more time spent on my feet.

wanted to combine 3 appts to 2 - 80 minute. Was told I would need to use two for an 80 minute. I have been able to do this before Covid.

I asked for an upper body focus which the massage therapist did but I pointed to a very specific spot that has knot that was causing some serious pain and I did not feel she really took the time to work on it. She just addressed the whole upper body equally and left me with the same problem I came in with.

I booked 90 minutes and only received 60 minutes. I was told the person who booked my appointment and her lapped times and made a mistake. I didn’t find out till the massage was over. So that was disappointing. The massage itself was great.

I don’t think the facial was as thorough as ones I’ve had in the past. I came in with blocked pores and left with blocked pores which the reason I was there in the first place.

I was satisfied with my first visit
